No jargon, no surprises. Here's how each floor compares — and exactly what every line in your price covers, before you ever talk to a person.
Five honest options — each with what it's best for, in plain terms.
Warm and soft underfoot — the comfortable choice for bedrooms, stairs, and family rooms. Quiets a room and is the most budget-friendly to install. Ranges from durable builder-grade to plush wool.
100% waterproof and incredibly durable, with a realistic wood look. Our most popular floor — great for kitchens, basements, and busy households with kids and pets.
Timeless, adds real home value, and can be refinished for decades. A premium look for living and dining areas. Solid or engineered, in a range of woods and finishes.
A wood look at a friendly price, with a tough scratch-resistant surface and easy care. A practical pick for bedrooms, hallways, and rentals.

We show a price range we're 95% sure your finished project falls inside. The confidence never changes — instead the dollar range gets narrower as you tell us more. The number doesn't get "more sure," the band just tightens.
Every price includes both the flooring material and professional installation labor — not just the product on a shelf. That's the number that actually matters.
"Carpet" can mean anything from builder-grade to wool. Picking a tier tells us roughly what you're after, which tightens your estimate fast — in about five seconds.
Real installs need a little extra material for cuts, seams, and pattern matching (usually around 10%). We add this so the estimate reflects what's actually ordered.
Removing and disposing of your existing floor. We can do it — it's a separate line, so you only pay for it if you need it.
The trim pieces between rooms or between two different floors — tile to wood at a doorway, for example. Priced per transition.
Standard furniture, we move — it's included. Specialty items (pianos, safes, aquariums, pool tables) need specialty movers, so those you arrange — and we flag them up front, never on install day.
Stairs are priced per step, not by square footage — the cuts, nosings, and labor are heavier than a flat floor.
A small project still requires a crew, materials, and a trip — so estimates won't fall below a set minimum.
Applied to the material portion of your project, per your local rate.
An honest price range, no appointment and no salesperson. Push it as far as you like, then have us out only when you're ready.
